Client Booking & Appointment Policies At GloEnvy, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. These policies ensure a seamless experience for all guests while protecting the dedicated time set aside for each service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Appointment Reservations A 50% retainer is required to reserve all appointments. This retainer secures your dedicated service time and is applied toward the final cost of your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer has been received. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest, retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee. A new retainer will be required to reserve a future appointment. Late Arrivals To maintain the schedule for all guests, we ask that clients arrive on time for their appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, and the retainer fee will be forfeited. A new retainer will be required to secure a new appointment time. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a No-Show. No-Show appointments result in: • Loss of the retainer fee • Requirement of a new retainer for future bookings • Possible restriction from future booking privileges Refund Policy Due to the professional time, expertise, and customized products used during each service, all services and retainer fees are final sale. Refunds are not issued for completed services. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that the retainer fee secures a reserved service time. Any attempt to dispute or reverse legitimate charges after agreeing to these policies may result in permanent removal from the booking system and further recovery actions if necessary. Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing and private service environment, additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved. Agreement By booking an appointment through our booking system, website, or social media platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
